Faith No More Reunion Rumours

2008-11-29 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 17 Comments
UK metal magazine Kerrang! reports the possibility of a Faith No More reunion tour next year.

The magazine cites unnamed "industry insiders" who claim that a number of UK dates are close to being booked for next spring, while a summer festival run is also said to be in the works.

Founding bassist Bill Gould poured water on the rumours, however, denying that anybody has made contact with him: "If anything like this were to happen, it would have to come from the band, and I haven't spoken with any of them in over a year. So as far as I know, there isn't anything to talk about, and I'm pretty sure that if you were to contact Patton, he would tell you the same thing."

This would be ridiculous, but sounds like a pipe-dream. But in this new age of 90's band revivals, maybe anything's possible.

Mike Patton has only gotten better. And I think he could come down from his platform of total weirdness and be half-weird to do the FNM thing again.
