M. Shadows (a.k.a. Matt) has had similar problems with his vocal chords in the recent past, dropping screamed vocals almost completely from his repertoire following the 2005 album Waking The Fallen.

They should do the show. Anything that could potentially endanger a7x's future as a band is good in my book.
