This is so fucking good. Literally heavy as nuts. Breakdowns for fucking days. Fucking yeah man. Can't wait for the new album.

Almost 25% of this qualifies as a decent riff, pretty good by SS standards.

| |
amazing how this band still can't do a breakdown that makes me feel anything.
|
| |
as a man that was around when both The Cleansing and The Price of Existence dropped, I cant understand for the life of me why anyone would still be listening to this shit.
|
| |
I can't tell if you're saying that everything that they've dropped since those two has been downhill or if you're saying that the band has always been trash.
The very beginning of this actually sort of hooked me in. Song is decent but not something I would return to at any point. It seems like anytime I hear a track from these guys that has elements I dig the big picture of it just never seems to go anywhere. Band still holds the title for worst live performance I've ever seen.

Song was just one giant chug with barely any substance to it. Lame!
|
| |
decent song, decent album.
since Hernia joined the band makes me getting less interest to this band anymore.

1.Remember...
2.You Must Die
Lol

@comb: im saying that it is crazy for me to think that this band still sounds like this in 2023, The Cleansing was the only decent thing this band ever made, and yet they choose to keep trying to rehash NTTB or TBC, im mad at hermida cause i know he has it in him to at least write lyrics that dont make him sound like a complete idiot
|
| |
I see. The Cleansing was the only thing they've put out that I've heard that I ever went back to at all. Even with it though it never quite clicked with me and also dragged quite a bit. Never understood the fascination with this band but deathcore isn't exactly my thing for the most part so I'm probably a bit bias

Really solid

I miss all shall perish
|
| |
All Shall Perish ruled
|
| |
It sounds like everyone around them evolved except them
|
| |
I remember on a podcast interview Eddie explained how he loved all shall perish but the band just couldn't get along.
Because of that he also had issues paying the bills. The way he described becoming the vocalist for suicide silence was like settling for a good paying job in your 30s.

I will say as much as I dig All Shall Perish his vocals were why their set was so dreadful when I saw them live. Idk what the hell they did with his eq settings or whatever but his highs were literally unbearable screeches so much so that I had to plug my ears through a good part of their set and I'm no stranger to deafening shows. It was the worst live set I've ever seen. It was shortly after he'd joined so idk if they were over compensating on the treble or something to replicate how Mitch sounded or what but man it was baddd
