(50%) Pantera back on stage

2022-08-25 by Fernando Alves STAFF | 34 Comments
Pantera, who recently announced their return to the stage, revealed that the first three reunion shows for 2022 will take place at Knotfest - Colombia (Dec 9), Chile (Dec 11) and Brazil (Dec 18). Guitarist Zakk Wylde and Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante will be joining vocalist Phil Anselmo and bassist Rex Brown in the 'comeback' lineup.

In addition to the legendary American metallers the three shows will feature Slipknot, Judas Priest and Bring Me The Horizon.

I was gonna embark on an epic journey across South America to see these hard rocking legends but I was disappointed to find Five Finger Death Punch didn’t make the cut, despite popular belief they would

Sucks man

"what did he do?"

Who knows? He probably dropped the n word or something. I'm assuming this is that group of people that jump on Twitter the moment allegations of an artist comes out to talk about how they don't support them and yada yada yada.

Priest in general are still rockin'. Can't wait for the follow up to Firepower, which was absolutely amazing.

Just saw a Feb 9, 2021 article in a Greek news outlet where Rex emphatically excludes Wilde from a reunion…

A lot of water must have flown under that bridge since then.

Got tickets for the Metallica tour next year. Looking forward to see "Pantera" play. They didn't sound too shabby at that Hell & Heaven Fest.
