Okay if its coming out this month I'll skip this single
| |
Solid song, but feels like a grower. Pushing the Tides was more immediate. That said, I do think this is the superior song, just need to listen a few more times.
| |
So the titles were actually real.
Great track. The album's promising.
| |
Ddeftone I hear ya, since it’s a double album I don’t mind listening to more than one single. But I’m done now, two singles is my absolute max limit.
| |
Different, yet definitely Mastodon. Cool track, I dig it!
| |
Can't wait! Also, there was this Youtube leak of Skeleton of Splendor which was also top notch! Can't find it anywhere now, though.
| |
Song flows nicely and has an overall uplifting feel, quite strange for Mastodon but I'm into it.
| |
"since it’s a double album I don’t mind listening to more than one single" good point, I'm almost convinced XD
| |
Hunter was the last album I jammed and this is the first single I've heard since then. actually dig this track quite a bit though. Excited to check this out. I'm a little iffy about them pulling off a double album but it could potentially be great
| |
This is lame and boring
| |
I love Brann, and he kills it on this track, but I feel like I really need more Troy and Brent.
| |
@comb
if it's huge it as to be huge
| |
Feels more QOTSA than Mastodon tbh
Probably fine in the context of the album and could be a grower but I much preferred the first single
| |
Pushing the tiddies was certainly more enjoyable.
| |
big tonal shift to the second half and the solo was awesome. big jam
| |
its a nice jam
| |
no than yo
| |
ye plee
| |
Yeah this is equally awesome but different. 2 for 2.
That said, they are back to back and when I listed on Apple Music theres a drastic change in track volume. Perhaps due to the double album bit?
| |
Too much brann singing, and I don't like the clean singing much, I loved Mastodon mostly for Brent's voice to be honest But I think I'm in the minority, love his voice though. Adds so much to their sound imo.
I thought the last song wasn't good either though, not my style. Seems tepid and boring to me.
| |
Amazing song. Enjoyed this even more than Pushing the Tides.
| |
Not going to listen to this cause the release date is so near. A double album of Mastodon though... this may be a task to sit through in one listen.
| |
Despite the accessible nature, surprisingly pretty solid, if not a little subdued. Love the bass solo.
| |
Decent song, might like it more after a few extra listens
| |
Brent sounds like he’s in pain while singing live.
I love his tracks on the albums too, but live it’s like he can barely open his mouth when singing.
| |
Too much brann singing [2]
I know that Brent's vocals usually suck live but his studio vocals are my favorite and they've become very rare which sucks
Song's decent
| |
I dig it
| |
another snoozer
| |
Mastodon't really care about them much anymore
| |
"I loved Mastodon mostly for Brent's voice to be honest But I think I'm in the minority"
In the minority like a bisexual black transwoman at a Nascar tailgate
| |
fuck this grew on me, I love it!
| |
Disappointed this isn’t called Teadrinker
| |
thought it said Teadrinker
| |
So, the video is about going to a club and drinking with your buddies, right?
| |
absolute crap
| |
I love Brann's voice, but I kind of miss Troy- and Brent-led songs.
| |
It s reallu a pitty Hinds is always shitting himself live when he tries to sing.
| |
Based on the singles, its sounding like itll be a 3.5. A little better than Emperor of Sand, but we'll see.
| |
Love Brann's work, especially pre-EoS, but I feel his vocals work better as support.
| |
anyone know whos producing this one ?
| |
Google knows: David Bottrill
| |
gargantuan pog champion :O
