Gentle music for holiday hangovers

is he still trying to claim he banged natalie portman or
| |
Moby has the world’s ugliest tattoos
| |
I approve.
| |
I can't think of anything less appealing sounding
| |
This sounds a lot like Music for Airports' Eno era
| |
Ahhh.... let’s all just breathe, recenter ourselves, and forget about that weird controversy from a while back....
| |
someone stop him
| |
Lol
| |
Moby? He can get stomped by Obie
| |
Moby can check to see if he has grapes given how far his head is jammed up his own arse
| |
Pretty good minimalist tunes.

Natalie Portman sends her regards
| |
What's up with the Natalie Portman thing?
| |
If I remember correctly he claimed to have slept with her, and she called him out for being a lying creep
| |
it was dumber and creepier than that, he wrote about them fucking in his book, and then when she called him out, he doubled down and released a bunch of creep photos of them hanging out
| |
tbh ive only ever listened to play and it sucks shit
| |
Reading about the Natalie Portman shit just has me cringing and laughing but mostly just feeling sorry for this dude and how deluded he's let himself become and how hard he's trying to get cool points and remain semi-relevant. There goes any little respect I had for the man, too bad, I enjoyed some of his music. "We Are All Made of Stars" is a killer song.
| |
Yeah that is some top tier cringe if that's how it went down. Eegh.
| |
From all accounts (besides Moby lol) that’s how it went down. Improvised ambient recordings are simply the burden of proof
| |
natalie's rap tho >>>
| |
His few tracks on the heat soundtrack were boss but other than that he's super overrated
| |
“ Moby? He can get stomped by Obie”
Beat me to it and also laughed way too hard at this
| |
i did a little diggin and hes actually an incredibly damaged person. his dad committed suicide before he was 5 and he grew up as white trash in a rich town. add on being pasty bald and scrawny. his book actually looks interesting - its called 'Then It Fell Apart'
saw an interview with him where he p much said he was a long time addict of everything and was mentally unwell the majority of his life. said hes fine never having anybody to date now and is spiritual and shit.
kinda changed my view on the dude.
most of his music isnt my thing tho, lol
| |
super solid ambient record a la brian eno. that said, track 10 is an instrumental copy of Electric President's 'the violent blue' if you listen to the notes and progression
