Also 100% agree Durrzo, as soon as the first lick kicks in you know who it is. And it's not like I even listen to these guys that much. They actually have a signature sound in this scene, which is impressive.

I've always hated this style of metalcore, but I suppose they do it well. People who do dig it should enjoy this.

It's interesting, their sound, tone and writing style is so unique and personalised to this band that they're very unmistakable. But on the flip side, they suffer from it too because it creates this homogenised sound where every song sounds the same ala The Black Dahlia Murder.

I want to love this band. I should love this band. But instead I always end up enjoying a single or two per album. Better than nothing I guess?

Refreshing riffs and really great melodies for this style of modern metal. I just hate this style of production.

I would probably be all over this band if they went for a more organic/live production style, I get the impression they are good enough musicians to not need endless overdubs and protooling.
