A Day to Remember can't read minds

Ocala natives A Day to Remember have released yet another single from what is assumed to be included on their yet-to-be-released album, You're Welcome. The single is called "Mindreader", and it definitely is one of the band's more pop-focused offerings. It has been released with an accompanying animated video. Watch below:

it's ok. better than Naviety I guess. I haven't really liked much of anything they've released since Bad Vibrations. Resentment was okay

@Josh they had a couple of mainly fun records that were a kind of ideal guilty pleasure. Seems those days are over, but if you ever find yourself wanting to listen to some enjoyable high-school popcore give Homesick a spin.

Signing to fueled by ramen of all labels is hilarious considering the huge deal they made out of Victory trying to "control" them years back

Dang I guess they're done being a guilty pleasure.
When the Homesick review was posted here when it came out, the thumbail of the album art made me read the review and check it out, and I both hated and loved it at the same time and couldn't stop listening. It came out just a month after Skate 2 did, so I played hundreds of hours of that game while looping Homesick, and then What Separates Me from You a year later.
Quickly grew out of it & thought I was done with them, but then Common Courtesy came out and I was addicted again for a while.

Bad Vibrations though...yikes. I truly aged out of their intended audience that time. And it's looking like this is no different.

the downfall of us all has one of the most hilariously stupid and badly written riffs/chord progressions ever. but still dumb fun...ish. A day to remember hasn't aged well.

the songs off this record all sound awful. The youthful spirit is 100% gone. Resentment's chorus has to be one of the most god-awfully produced vocal performances I've ever heard.

Wow Jeremy just replied to a snarky comment in their fb page about the album being delayed because of album art. He basically said that their ethos is to release meaningful album art for each and every album. The guy had a point about how ridiculous delaying an album for 8 months is because of album art. I honestly find it kind of a copout they’re blaming delay on album art.
