Igor Cavalera Jr's new novel

Despite being frontman and bassist (formerly guitarist) of Lody Kong and part of the so-called "Cavalera dynasty" of metal musicians, Max Cavalera's son Igor Jr has recently released a new horror novel, indulging in his first love of writing.

The book, entitled Killing My Insomnia, follows Danny Cunningham as he escapes a near-death experience only to be tormented by a demon. The book is available in paperback form via Amazon and is likely to be on sale at merch booths as Lody Kong open for Soulfly's upcoming Point Blank Tour, where the groove metal titans play the Nailbomb classic in full.
