I don't hate this to be honest. It's much better than heavy and it's quite catchy. It's still absolutely nothing special though.

Linkin Park are at the mercy of their record label and executives now. The Hunting Party was a commercial flop when stacked against all their other records and it was proof enough that there isn't a big enough market for their slice of rock music. Now they gotta be the Chainsmokers.

For a track called "Battle Symphony" this invokes neither any trace of battles and hardly an inkling of symphonies

The Little Things Give You Away is the like the only good song on that album. This new album is sounding bland AF, the complete opposite direction I wanted them to go in but whatevs, I'll still check the new one for at least one standout track.

Again, selling out would've been them making Hybrid Theory over and over again for all those saying they sold out (highly doubt the band needs money after HT selling thirty fucking million). Also surprised after 13 years of LP not being a Nu-Metal band people are still butthurt about it.
