Not sure if I could pull that off minty I think its more of a staff thing and even if not there just might not be promos going around. However I will definitely review the album when it drops probably a day before Sowing does the same and steals me thunder

There are definitely a few promos out there that have been out there for a while now, but I see your point. I do feel like if somebody on staff at Sputnik wanted to get a promo copy of the album, they could have got it a few weeks ago like some other sites did. I wont belabour the point though, I'm just looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the album, regardless of when I get to hear the thing. I'll get a review written for it one day. Maybe if/when I hit unemployment or unpaid leave next month.

i dont think IB will be aoty but i definitely think it will be closer to a 4 than a 3.

Not as good as the other singles, but it's still pretty great. This is shaping up to be there best since Chase This Light.

Yep, dis is good. I didn't like Damages much at all, but Invented was a pleasant surprise.

The electronic drums in the beginning are so squishy and juicy. The synth in the bridge is so squishy and juicy. Song makes me want to eat a ripe plum.

I'm starting to find this song more interesting than Get Right now. Maybe that's just because I overplayed Get Right though. Either way this is such a grower.

Get Right is still my favorite of the singles. It's so damn catchy, but has a more rock edge than the other two singles.

I don't think this will top their last but I'm very confident I will like it more than the two that came before it.

Invented was better than Damages, but it's still a weak album Compared to CTL, and definitely when compared to Futures.

Chorus is kinda boring, but I really like the rest of the song.

Don't worry, when 2016 is over and the dust has settled on this album, I'll go back to being my usual, slightly less annoying self.

I like the vibe they got going for this album. I don't think they'll ever top "Futures", and it's not like they've gotten stagnant, but I like that they're leaning back in that direction after trying out a different sound for a few albums now. Wait. for like 10 years now. Shit time flies.

i know man its nearly 10 years since CTL. a lot of people think of that album as classic-era JEW, which is crazy to me.

Yeah. It's got a few catchy songs but it's one of their weakest.

Man, 2007 feels like just a couple years ago. Not many bands I've been listening to -- and still enjoying -- for this long.

ctl is great and if they included open bar reception, beautiful is and be sensible it would've been special.

tell me about it. theyve been my favourite band since i was 11 and im 26 now. there are no other bands that i listened to at that age that have stayed with me through my whole life. its a rare thing i think, especially with how much your personality and tastes change as you grow older.

dont forget Distraction. i like that one.
