New Jersey Alt/Jazz/Ska/Prog/Whatever Septet Thank You Scientist have released a new track, "Blue Automatic"

Thank You Scientist, signed to Claudio Sanchez (of Coheed and Cambria fame)'s record label, Evil Ink Records, will be releasing their sophomore album Stranger Heads Prevail on July 29th. They have released the first song from the album, titled "Blue Automatic."

This will be the first album by Thank You Scientist to be released on Evil Ink Records.

They are pretty awesome. But why would Claudio sign these guys to his label when they arguably sound a lot like Coheed. Only reason I can see is to make sure they never go full Coheed

just because the guys voice sounds like claudio doesn't mean the band sounds like coheed. because they obviously dont.
