I think Outside and Earthling are hugely underrated albums. To me, this is his most interesting effort since those albums.
This is definitely a step forward from "The Next Day," which I enjoyed despite its similarities to "Reality" and "Heathen."

I didn't like Sue (or a Season of a Crime) - it was obviously a test drive for this.

First five minutes just sounded weird for the sake of being weird. I especially did not like the vocals in that section.

To be honest I always thought Pity sounded a little bit unfinished in terms of production, I suppose we'll have to wait and see. I wouldn't mind if they just kept Sue the same because it's a fantastic song.
