New Avantasia album 2015-11-13 by ZodiacalWolf | 5 Comments | Edguy vocalist Tobias Sammet has announced that his power metal supergroup Avantasia will return with their 7th full length album "Ghostlights" on January 29th 2016. The album will once again be released through Nuclear Blast Records and will feature guest appearances of Dee Snider, Geoff Tate, Marco Hietala, Sharon Den Adel, Michael Kiske, Ronnie Atkins, Bob Catley, Jorn Lande, Bruce Kulick, Robert Mason, Herbie Langhans, Oliver Hartmann and Sascha Paeth.
