New Izzy Stradlin Album + Mp3 2007-05-03 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 0 Comments | Izzy Stradlin is to release his seventh studio album, entitled Miami, as an iTunes-only download later this month. The album takes its name from the city in which it was recorded in the summer of '05, shortly after Stradlin's last album Like A Dog was recorded.
A free audio download of one track from the album, a slow reggae jam entitled 'FSO Ragga,' has been made available via Stradlin's official site ChopAway.com. It features core group members Stradlin (vocals/rhythm guitar), Rick Richards (lead guitar; ex-Georgia Satellites), Taz Bentley (drums, ex-Reverend Horton Heat) as well as new additions TJ Longoria (who lent additional bass to Like A Dog) and keyboardist Joey Huffman.
