saw her live and th new songs were less than promising

Heard the stream just a while ago and wasn't exactly thrilled too. The record is decent overall, but from a point further, the songs are "forced", Joan's vocals are loud yet "tired", whereas the lyrics feel like they were written during an afternoon or something.

weren't the runaways just a bunch of chicks who were trying to mimic their idols and got lumped together with the punks ? i dunno maybe they were influential in some way just always sounded shite to me
