Memfis stream new EP 2013-04-19 by Voivod STAFF | 5 Comments | Swedish progsters Menfis are streaming their new EP Silva from their official band site:
http://www.memfisband.com/silva-ep.html
Vince Neilstein from MetalSucks has described Memfis as "...a Swedish prog-metal band who, in hindsight, remind me a whole lot of Burst. They’ve got an Opethian flare for composition and arrangement blended seamlessly with big, burly American-sized Mastodonian riffs."
Apart from iTunes and Spotify, The EP is available at the band's site for whatever price someone feels like paying, whereas there is also a band-endorsed Pirate Bay link.

cooool i'll check this out. I really liked "The Wind-Up" back in the day. Sort of like a more Opeth-influenced version of Burst, around their Origo days.
| | | Origo is huge.
| | | Definitely not as good as Burst, still pretty cool though.
