this is actually pretty good so far... i was worried it would suck.

I enjoy the album surprisingly. It's very different writing-wise but I think the songs are genuinely good. Just not the usual paramore sound.

proof still has a kickass chorus, this is probably a 3.2 for me. if they cut out the shit and made a normal-sized album (i.e. 10-11 songs) this could be a 4

I think it's a 3.5 for me. It's just a huge stylistic change, not a collection of bad songs. Just an incredibly jarring change. Still great vocals and some decent lyrics.
