The Devil's Blood post-mortem releases 2013-02-09 by Voivod STAFF | 4 Comments | Dutch occult rockers The Devil's Blood have revealed their intention to distribute all the rare and unreleased material at their possession.
The band's announcement is as follows:
When the band decided to call it a day, there were numerous projects under development.
Namely:
1. A new full length album, titled "III: Tabula Rasa or Death and the Seven Pillars", comprised of 7 songs in demo format. The plan was for the album to be released during this year's winter.
2. An acoustic EP, titled "66:2", containing one new track and two cover songs, scheduled for release at this year's Roadburn Festival.
3. A live DVD. The material has yet to be properly mixed and edited. It was supposed to be released this year or the next.
4. Several tapes of live material intended for use in live albums, compilations and as bonus material.
Our aim is to distribute all the aforementioned material "as-is". Mixing and mastering of all unreleased material will be undertaken by Pieter Kloos at the Void studios in Eindhoven.
We are currently working for the first two projects with a release date set for April 30, although this may change in the future.
