should be pretty good, stoked

the real question is, when do we get new Carcass?
|
| |
i'm wondering that myself!
|
| |
Altar of Plagues > Carcass
Peculiar album name, but if their past is any representation of their future, than this should be good. Very excited.
|
| |
All I know is this year. I'm beyond excited. They are easily in my top 3 bands of all time.
|
| |
Altar of Plagues > Carcass
Umm. Haha. No
|
| |

Altars of Madness >

Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with Carcass, I've just always dug AoP a lot more. Different strokes
for different people, and what not.
|

"Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with Carcass, just always dug AoP a lot more."
I like both bands.. but I don't really find their music comparable.
Been listening to Carcass since '91. First AoP was like 06 or something. haha
|
| |
and yeah, totally different music.
|
| |
Sweeet

just to be clear: i edited this comment at least 4 time before i dispelled the squiggly red lines
|

AOP have always been pretty lame, but this will be interesting to hear because of the shorter song lengths and addition of electronics. Maybe these micks will write interesting music for once.
|
| |
Yah what Balls said
|
| |
I actually liked Mammal more than White Tomb
|
| |
@balls where did you read the song lengths will be shorter?
|
| |
He's Balls he knows everything.
The band has done something wrong on each of their last 3 releases--whether it be too much filler or
weird production values--but if they can just get over those simple faults they should be able to put
out a killer record. Get rid of the pointless doom sections on White Tomb and the thin guitar sound on
Tides, for ex., and this band would be aces.
