Make Me Famous got dropped immediately when similar situations happened to them. RIP?

I wasn't a huge fan of Disclosure, but it did sound like an album that the typical Sumerian fan would absolutely love.
I also guarantee the new band or whatever that the departed members form will sound exactly like The HAARP Machine...
|
| |
Already lol
|
| |
The hell? It was (generally) one of then better djent albums too... I wonder what "musical direction" Al-Mumin is planning on taking.
|
| |
"not only was Al Mu’min hard to get along with (it was said that he threatened to burn someone’s house down)"
Wow. And that's why Arabs have no friends.
|
| |
^ Wow youre immature.
And this whole thing is interesting, lol @ the people in the link who fell for the fake account
|
| |
^ "Immature" says the guy with that avatar.
|
| |
The album was pretty bleh so I don't really give a shit. The guitarist clearly has issues getting along with other people, it took them years to even put out that record because members kept leaving the band.
I assume the band is dead.
|
| |
God dammit -_-
|
| |
well, that was short lived
|
| |
SitarHero in casual (or not so casual) racism controversy.
|
| |
Hey! I'm brown too. And the fact that Al-Mumin threatened to jihad someone pretty much breaks the comedy scale.
|
| |
You don't like it Sitarhero? thats too bad
|
| |
Wow disclosure wasn't even good but they at least had potential. Not anymore lol
|
| |
Wow that was unexpected, Disclosure was enjoyable.
|
| |
apparently one of the big reasons is that mu'min cant play his parts live and uses studio magic to record his tougher guitar parts. fucking lame
|
| |
Never seem live and never checked their presentations so I can't anything about their live perfomances.
|
| |
Really? The hype-train for "Disclosure" was ridiculous, ended up dishing out an underwhelmingly short album, and now they're breaking up the band. I thought it was pretty good stuff, too.
|
| |
He should join Born of Osiris.
|
| |
No, he shouldn't.
I saw this coming, im not even kidding. So much hype around it, this band was made to sell and thats it. It didnt felt right, this band never felt right to me.
|
| |
Never got into this band.
|
| |
This band sprung out of nowhere just to break up. It sounds really bizarre.
|
| |
Over-hyped debut that ended up being mediocre.
So this really isn't that relevant. He'll go on doing some kind of shitty solo project for the rest of his days.
|
| |
True.
- Muslim dude
- Djenty dudes
- ?????????
- Profit
Fail imo.
|
| |
I don't agree with them saying he couldn't play his guitar parts. Ever seen stranberg works? The demo videos of his play through before the album came out? The dude is shred at guitar. I can see him not being a great teamplayer though due to his interviews, etc. It's a shame bands have to go through bullshit like this, especially as adults.
|
| |
who cares..band sucks ass
|
| |
He should join Emmure. That would break them up.
|
| |
Hahahahaaa, that was beautiful lol
|
| |
If you want to know anything about Mu'min you should apparently ask one of the other 30 (seriously not kidding or exaggerating) ex members of his band, for example Monument's drummer or Craig Reynolds who played drums on Disclosure. I doubt that he will find anyone to play with by now, which is a shame because (studio magic or not) Disclosure is killer. Dude can write great songs.
