Roderick/Coulton X-Mas Album 2012-09-15 by free | 1 Comments | Internet superstar Jonathan Coulton and indie rock veteran John Roderick (The Long Winters, Harvey Danger, Mt. Desolation) have recently recorded a collaborative Christmas album to be released sometime this Fall.
Described by a news post on Coulton's website as a "legitimate Christmas miracle", it has been confirmed via John Roderick's Twitter account that it will feature "nine original Christmas songs and one Hanukkah song". Coulton and Roderick are no strangers to working together, as Roderick previously sang lead vocals on the track "Nemeses" from Coulton's latest release, Artificial Heart.
The album is currently in its mixing stage. The only other person confirmed to have contributed to the album is drummer Jason Finn of The Presidents of the United States of America.
