Flikr Of UR Eyes is sweet, but Polar is the best song off of Old Raves End

Funny to hear the different favorite tracks - just shows how consistent that album was. Flikr was the one I fell in love with first, but I think Roulette has become my favorite.

It's pretty cool how DIY music has become in certain aspects, with band's being able to release music through facebook instead of having to go through the hassle of a physical release. I'm not a fan of these guys but it's pretty cool to see news posted just yesterday and it saying something will be released in only a weeks time.

My wording didn't help but the announcement, not the release, is via their fb.
They have a label and releasing stuff on short notice seems common with electronic artists.

Ahh I see. Even if it's not in this case particularly, my statement still stands.

It's not so much that. It's just that when it comes to EPs and 12" releases, they don't make the announcement until the music has already been completed and pressed. And not slating the article or anything, but they did announce this nearly a month ago, so it's not like they're pulling a Radiohead or anything by announcing a few days before release

Never saw anything and the comments on their fb suggested it was a new announcement, but w/e
still, a month is a relatively short time
