King's X drummer hospitalized 2012-02-29 by Voivod STAFF | 7 Comments | Jerry Gaskill, drummer and singer for the American prog rock act of King's X, was suddenly hospitalized during the weekend, due to a heart attack.
According to a Facebook update by the band's lead singer Doug Pinnick, Gaskill underwent a heart operation and his condition is stable.
In allowing Gaskill to fully recover from the operation, King's X canceled their recently announced North American tour.
