Keane release new album

Keane will release their 4th studio album, 'Strangeland', on May 7th. The band have uploaded a trailer for the record on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=pPWnHvT8ya0.

The first two singles will be "Silenced By The Night" in the US and "Disconnected" in the UK.

Regarding the sound, the band said: "We talked a lot about the sound and ambition of the record beforehand… about going back to the songwriting of the first two albums, we wanted to make a record that sounded rich and simpler."

These are a band people love to hate but their music plays well live, is simple but melodic and is totally unpretentious. Personally I loved the first 2 records.

under the iron sea had some cool songs, especially "Atlantic". But I heard some of their latest stuff (I think they had a collab with Akon or some bullshit) and dear god lol
