In the Sha dOOOOOOws
haha remember loving that song, it was everywhere....then i listened to the album and i remember it being crap
|
| |
Into and Dead Letters were nice but since then they've gotten worse and sillier especially on their last album. The song is bad. I always preferred HIM over them.
|
| |
In The Shadows rocked.
|
| |
holy shit
|
| |
haven't heard from these guys in a while. Dead Letters, Hide From The Sun and Black Roses are all good albums, though.
|
| |
Dead Letters was one of the first CD's I ever went out and bought...then got teased for it. Sad times.

Omfg i remember these... how they have 8 (8!!!) studio albums out and the world only got, say, two from Joy Division is pretty bleak when you think about it.
|

maybe if ian put leaves in his hair and sang about faggot feelings he would still be around today
|

Ok, how is it possible you ask? Here goes:
"THE RASMUS" formed under the name "RASMUS" in 1994.
Back then they played FUNK.
After releasing 3 EP's through 94 and 95 they got signed.
1996 they released their debut album "PEEP".
1997 they released their second album "PLAYBOYS".
1998 they released their third album "HELL OF A TESTER".
Rasmus was becoming a big band in Finnland, and to avoid confusion with "DJ RASMUS", they changed their name to "THE RASMUS".
2001 they returned with their pop rock sound, releasing "INTO".
2003 they achived ciritical acclaim with their album heavier "DEAD LETTERS", album, especially for their supermassive hit "IN THE SHADOWS".
2005 they released their follow-up "HIDE FROM THE SUN".
2008 they released their softer "BLACK ROSES".
Now in 2012, they are going back to their 2001 sound with their upcoming eight and self-titled album "THE RASMUS".

The one band I hate more than BVB. They do seem to fit Eurovision though.
