In their previous reunion, Bill Ward had health problems and couldn't keep up with the rest of the crew.

I think he is quitting the reunion for the same reason.

Ward announced that he was disappointed by the contract, which by his words doesn't pay respects to his long and useful contribution to the band .
He also said that this isn't bout money at all.

Money makes the world go around, and that stand for all of us. Unfortunately Ward doesn't give a damn about the reunion and apparently the only thing he cares about is making some good money. That goes for the rest of the band as well and it seems that Ward's wages weren't profitable enough.

It's all about contract issues.
All these guys need is a good talk and a good bottle of wine.

Well given that Ozzy now owns 50 percent of the name and Tony the other half, I bet they were paying him and Geezer the same rates as an outside hired/studio musician. That's what he's pissed about and I don't blame him.
