cleans sound somewhat similar to the lead singer of Fall Out Boy
His upper range (vibrato moment especially) does sound slightly similar.

I really like "To Our Forefathers", their last album was a let down. This song is pretty cool though.

Haven't listened to these guys since Jaw Dropper. Had some sweet riffs but got boring over a while. Guess they're not the same band anymore???

@Acanthus: Were they ever really christian? 'cause they've had some weird lyrics mixing Jesus with aliens, etc. Seems more like they enjoy really whacky stuff. Plus, I'm friends with Phil on FB, and I recall him posting a bible verse in a rather "can you believe this shit...?" kinda way once...

Don't think they ever were.
I just can't get into this band. They seem like they try really hard to be above-average, but I always feel like they just fall short and don't do anything that intrigues me. Maybe I just need to give them more of a chance, but always get bored with them after like 1 or 2 songs.

well the whole passion of the heist ep was pretty parallel with biblical stuff. i would think they're just moderates. just because somebody says "fuck" doesn't rule them out from being a christian.

Good points, I was asking due to their old label being a Christian label; since they left I thought perhaps it was due to differing views.
