Nah, Have Heart's overrated as shit so I don't care if they ever play again, I'm sick of hearing about them (I live in boston, so everyone is obsessed with them). American Nightmare was a true original, Have Heart just copied Champion.

The reason people are so into Have Heart is'nt because they were groundbreaking or original they played really good hardcore with more passion than a lot of the bands around in my opinion. Lyric wise they were really inspirational also. They were also a big influence in modern hardcore bands today like Defeater

Nah, they're really not an influence on Defeater at all. Defeater really formed around the same time period, but they called themselves Sluts until they got their current vocalist. Have Heart is overrated, and too preachy.

Defeater said they were influenced by have heart in an interview and were stoked to be compared to them. I don't see how have heart is preachy but that's an opinion the former is a fact.

Good Hardcore's pretty much dead now. It's all how about "how metal we can go" at least in "popular hardcore" (pretty redundant huh?)
bands like Fire & Ice, Trapped Under Ice, and Naysayer.
Not saying they're not good, there's just no positive hardcore around right now, at least in my scene which is almost 100% fucking dead on Long Island.
