New Butch Walker Video 2011-09-07 by Jom | 1 Comments | Channeling all the cliches that made terribawesome 1980s rock music videos... erm, terribawesome, Butch Walker and the Black Widows (with some help from Seymour Cassel, of The Royal Tenenbaums and Rushmore fame) have posted the official video of their lead single "Summer of '89".
Currently streaming online at Rolling Stone, the video, directed by Shane Valdez, was nutshelled by Butch on behalf of the Black Widows accordingly: "The idea was to borrow some ideas from really bad rock videos in the late '80s and put them in perspective now...
... did we mention that we got to wear sparklers in it?"
