Not too familiar with the original mix, but Puget seems to be a very good remixer.

i like blaq audio fine, but i think every remix he's done has been shit (havent heard this yet)

He's got the skill to the transform the remix into a totally new song sometimes, I kind of like that quality about him. Although that quality itself can be hit or miss.

But yeah, nothing beats his material in Blaqk Audio.

...except for his material in AFI

AFI has its up and downs (one of my first favorite bands) but Puget is a great guitarist. no arguing that. not into his new electronic fetish though.
