I don't think this is actually true. Vomitorium is a large tunnel/doorway into say a amphitheater or something similar.

that would be cool if the name actually had a meaning, I thought they just got drunk one day and decided Vomitory would be a brutal dm band name cuz it compines Vomit and the suffix tory which could derive from a variety of Latin loanwords
