Irish songwriter Damien Rice will finally release his second album later this year, over four years after issuing his first.
The follow up to O is entitled 9 and is set for release on November 6. It's set the be followed by a single, '9 Crimes,' two weeks later. Rice wrote and produced the album, as well as the artwork, and will release it through his own 14th Floor Records company.
