With Honor Lives? 2010-04-05 by ThePalestMexican | 5 Comments | Melodic Hardcore outfit With Honor has confirmed 1 show in Abilene, Texas, on June 16th. The band commented on the band's myspace blog.
Although everyone is busy with various new projects and life events (Daybreaker, Unforgiven, etc.), we were recently given the opportunity to play a one-off show in TX. It's been about 4 years or so since we've been to the Southwest (since about 2005) so we are very excited for the opportunity to get out that way again!
Ambitions will also be playing the show. They are currently in the studio recording for a new 7" due out late spring. Entitled Surface to Air, the new record will have 3 new songs which are being recorded at Getaway Studios (Bane, Shipwreck, Defeater) by Dan Rose and will be mixed by Jay Maas. Although not officially back together, the band may play a few shows in support of the release.
Rumors are circulating of a tour and new album, but the group has of yet denied anything possible of a comeback.

Me personally? I'm stoked, they're playing in my hometown, plus I enjoyed their first two albums. Have yet to check out Ambitions though.
