New album is blatant Opeth worship with horrible synth usage. The only thing that saves it from being a complete disaster are the solos.

Really? I've only given it a few listens, but I didn't hear much Opeth worship (but I trust your opinion, so this bothers me).

Listen to the title track and think Opeth and you'll see what I mean.

Really, except for the originality this album is incridibly solid. I don't see why people bitch so hard about this even though the music is good.

this is one of the best melodic death metal albums I've heard the last years. There is no Opeth worship for sure . There is only Amorphis worship, but this is reasonable since the band includes some former members of Amorphis.

If you can honestly say that after listening to the title track that you don't hear Opeth, I can honestly say that you need your hearing checked. That main riff could have literally been taken right off of BWP.
