Video: New Damien Rice Song

2010-02-09 by Skimaskcheck | 17 Comments
After some time out of the spotlight due to the split with Lisa Hannigan, Damien Rice recently performed a new song named "What If I'm Wrong?" at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

The song is performed without any microphones, and with an as of yet unknown female accomplice.

It can be seen here:

Schizo I'm very disappointed in you! Listen to O right away! Now.

Yeah man the thing about O is it's not that some people love it and some people dislike it. Some people love it, and some people like it. If you don't, fuck you because you suck. It's objectively fantastic, I'm sure you'll like it.

I haven't heard O yet either. Its just something I skip for some reason. I s'pose I'd better at some point.

Yeah I didn't get it until just recently but am so glad I did. It was immediately lovable, and the kind of music you can play around anyone.

is this to say he's finally going to record a new album? undoubtedly named after some variable, probably '∞'.

i'm happy him and hannigan are done with each other because it means getting awesome albums from both of them!

Love him too, but i just got tired of listening to singers only accompanied by an acoustic guitar, i'd love some s/s.w with cellos, strings, drums here and there.... just like Damien Rice.

Damien Jurado is pretty akin to Damien Rice, but I think Damien is the the better of the two. I'm hoping that a new album is on the horizon
