Dead Man In Reno Reform

Tuscaloosa Arizona based Dead Man In Reno has returned

So, hi.....a lot of stuff has happened since we last talked. So I'll make it quick in case anyone reading this wants to know. DMIR has had many ups and downs in the past 3 years. Which ultimately lead to the band completely splitting up about a year ago. I(George) left the band in 2007 so I'm not sure what all happened to make the guys finally call it quits.....but all that is done. There is a new/old line-up now. We're not planning on touring like we used to and we're certainly not planning on signing anymore record deals. DIY I say. Bands reading this......labels are a good and a not so good thing. So be careful and don't get to hyped up about an offer. Candlelight Records was good to us don't get me wrong, I'm just saying don't let it affect the friendships you've created as a band. Because it happens. Stay True to each other and don't become part of the machine. Work hard for yourselves not someone else. ok...I'm off my rant. We love all of you and please continue the support. After I left DMIR recorded an incredible cd with drummer Brian Huggins which we will try and make available for release very soon. More to come later.

Peace

~DMIR
