I almost agree with Balls here. Its lost a lot of the atmosphere which is a huge detriment but on the other hand, I can listen to every song with getting annoyed. Its also great fun and has a few really awesome songs.

The album is great but isn't quite on par with the abomination that is Virus at the moment. Album is a grower though. Hang Him High is br00tal.

are the songs similar to the stuff on Virus?

They kinda are but like the other guys said, the production doesn't quite convince you that the end of the world is upon us like it did on Virus but it's still damn good. Peter TÃĪgtgren always knows what he's doing. It's actually good because it's not a complete clone of Virus so yeah.

Yes! I actually think that the opening track on this is the weakest of them all, which isn't at all like Virus when Warpath was completely devastating. Album rules, thus spaketh Benzum.

Abducted, The Final Chapter and Virus are their best albums. But all their other albums get a 4 or 4.5/5

No apocalyptic atmosphere is a con.
That's not been there for quite a few years dude. They were doing all that for the millennium I think.
