always liked this band but this song wasn't to hot
|
| |
Their last album is pretty good, this song sucks though.
|
| |
goodbye sweet potential.

These guys were never anything special but they were a bit of a guilty pleasure for me for the last year or so. New stuff is awful though. The guitarist at least had some pretty decent shreddy bits going on in White Lies so idk where his talent went.

Terrible band got worse
|
| |
I want to call them terrible but Amity and She Puts the Ho in Homewrecker are just so !@*TY)()@#(%# catchy =(
|
| |
white lies still rules, but this song could easily be by all time low
son...i am disappoint
|
| |
White lies was good.
|

RIP Lovehatehero. I loved White Lies. Those guitar solos were pretty sick and I felt like it made them pretty unique, at least as far as the genre goes. But this is just crap. White Lies was catchier and more technical, but apparently this is the direction they're going. Why, I don't know.
|
| |
Why, I don't know.
Gettin' more green...gettin' more scene chick lovin'.
|
| |
Those are some great reasons. They should just add a keyboard while they're at it. Make it post-crabcore. That's where the bitches are at.
|
| |
WHAT?! Oh my god.. this is.. what the hell is this?! words fail me. They're not even goddammn on pitch. the songwriting became stupid, not that it was really impressive last album, but this is like, the definition of devolution. Mark, I admit the last cd was a guilty pleasure for me too, but this is a joke.

I saw LHH at warped today, and this was by far the worst new song they played. I still have confidence that their album will rock.
|
| |
their myspace blurb:
While writing songs for their newest release America Underwater, the band retooled their sound. The result was a record that focuses more on their well-developed vocal melodies and cleanly polished hooks. Nearly reinventing themselves as a whole, the group dropped a lot of the edginess from their songs, using it sparingly instead of as a crutch to rest on.
tranlation: "no more solos, no more screaming, this album will eat cocks"

Well wasn't that a cute little song? I guess the guitarist they lost was the one who wrote all of the flashy guitar licks.
|
| |
I'll miss LHH. The opening riff of White Lies was suh weet.
|
| |
The album, not song. Red Dress also kicked ass.
|
| |
Super lame, but i think this might still be cool. The promos remind me of escape the fate, as does their new sound. Pretty bad news but i refuse to give up on this band, as i just started getting into them.
|
| |
Yeah right "no more solos or screaming"! At warped tour they played a new song called Saints and Sinners with Thrashers best guitar solo yet, and another new song where little to no clean singing. Don't be such pessimists!
|
| |
i'm going to warped on the 23rd and i'm planning to see them so i'll wait till then to decide whether i care about lovehatehero anymore
|
| |
agh double post my bad
