I am so stoked for this, but sadly I think I am the only one

Make that two!
Looking forward to this. Synthetic Division was excellent.
|
| |
you ever looked into New Slave Nation? I think it is even better than Synthetic Division
|
| |
I've heard one track from it and I think it lacks the somewhat raw approach they had on their full length.
Funny fact about these guys, they used to wear large amounts of glow sticks and glow in the dark stuff with their live shows. Kind of a cool gimmick if you can't afford the proper stage set up.

When I first saw this the first thing that came to mind was that horrible band Crossfade. I've never heard of these guys but I'm definitely going to check into em if the two of you both like em.

@Wizard
imo you must have heard the wrong song hahahaha. New Slave Nation is definitely heavier then Synthetic Division, if it is also rawer, I actually cannot tell the difference tbh.
And yeah I have heard/seen videos of these guys live performances and my god I would love to see them live, they seem to put on a crazy show, but nooooooobecause I am in fucking europe where these guys will never perform.
@Lisbon
these guys fucking rule but idk if industiral is your thing. Give them a shot though, I hope/think you will not regret it

Do you like nu-metal with industrial influence.

Alrighty then, adding to my list.

Btw Wiz, now it seems that they have really decreased the "nu" influence, and based on the preview song, the upcoming album might not have a "nu" influence at all. They have really moved to a more 100% industrial sound. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what comes out of KE 101
|
| |
I haven't really listened to much Industrial, but I have a soft spot for nu-metal. Especially bands like Spineshank,(older material) Nothingface, Flaw, Ill Nino, and Taproot.
|
| |
What, you like Ill Nino, but no Nonpoint??? Blasphemy, definitely add Nonpoint to your list of things to check out!
|
| |
Added Styles...anything else you'd like to recommend?
|
| |
Idk if you have the time then this band called Dope is rather amazing imo. ON their first record they made industrial rock, the next two were nu metal and now they have adapted a alt.metal sound. The album NO Regrets is my favourite from them, but I think that the album Life should be a good starting point for Dope. If you don't like Life though, still do check out No Regrets since that album is pure gold.
|
| |
I know about Dope...I rather like the song My funeral? I think thats what its called. Theres only a couple tracks of theirs I like though.
|
| |
yeah that's why I said still check out NO Regrets since it is really different from the rest of their works. My Funeral is also from that album
