Diddy's New Band

2009-07-26 by scyther | 15 Comments
In support of his upcoming album release Last Train To Paris, Sean Combs (Diddy) has formed a new group with Danity Kane's former Dawn Richard, and singer/songwriter Kalenna. They call themselves "Dirty Money".

“I grew up listening to groups like Soul II Soul, Loose Ends, and it was always two guys and a girl. So let me flip it,” Diddy stated. “Let me get two talented, bad divas to the left and the right of me.”

Last Train To Paris is a concept album that tells the love story between an anonymous man and his soulmate. Dirty Money has contributed greatly to Diddy's new release, which is scheduled for a late November launch date.

You cared so little you made a post about it? ^

I wouldn't take it personally Scyth, deep down you must've known this article was gonna take more slack than interest here. Props for adding news, that's all that matters.

As for this, I'm not sure the "band" moniker is the best, this sounds more like a soul group, aka 3 singers. I'm assuming this will be as appalling as diddy's last efforts have been, but ya never know.

Puffy can produce some good shit still...he could in the old days I know but as far as his solo career, I never listened to his shit, all he did was super mainstream pop rap, not really my taste."Anyone who wants to be an artist and don't want their executive producer trying to be on all the songs, videos, dancing...come to Death Row"

a mumbling ghost written rapper and a couple of mediocre singers forming a band? if that's not bound to draw millions of listeners, than soulja boy's last music efforts would've all gone to waste.
