nah, its not Slayer that made it up. It's some non-profit organization out in Wyoming. The day was also gonna be an "un-official" Day of Prayer, so these guys thought it'd be cool to make it Slayer day. None of the rioting and killing dogs is really gonna happen, it was just thrown in there for a laugh. However, the day is just supposed to be one for Slayer fans to have an excuse to listen to their music from sunrise to sunset...something most of already do anyway.
