Opeth Ghost Reveries4.5

Cave In Perfect Pitch Black4.0
Jinjer King of Everything4.0
Really good. I think that this is a very talented band that is extremely proficient in every way. The vocalist is amazing in addition, bringing some novelty to the whole affair. I think they just need to work on writing better songs overall, because if more songs were like "I Speak Astronomy" this would be a goddamn masterpiece.
Between the Buried and Me Automata I4.0
Great. Excellent. BTBAM doing great work with this album, while also possibly bringing in some new fans. I like this one a whole lot.
Rx Bandits ...And the Battle Begun4.5
Unearth Watchers of Rule4.0

While She Sleeps This Is the Six4.5
While She Sleeps Brainwashed4.0
This band has passion and energy wrapped up into a ball of metallic punk greatness. I probably still prefer their debut album, but this seems like a grower so that could change. Great album!
In Flames Colony4.5
In Flames Clayman4.0
My Eyes Fall Victim Sometime Come the Mother. Sometime the Wolf.4.0
Another excellent album by these guys, I'm dumbfounded at how they aren't signed with the exceedingly more and more shitty bands coming out of the scene these days that ARE. Anyways, this shit rules check it out

The re-recording of limitless is what i wanted to check out on this and its not bad, just not as good as the original ep imo with the exception of breaking point which i prefer here.

I'm actually kind of surprised this band isn't more popular around here. Catchy post-hardcore with a harsh vocalist I really enjoy and not just chugs
The Dillinger Escape Plan One of Us Is the Killer4.5
With One Last Breath Wake the Dead3.5
not bad hopefully they release a full length with more ambition and polish. the vocalist isn't the best out there but the instrumentation is pretty awesome
Senses Fail Renacer4.0
Soilwork The Living Infinite4.5
spectacular. this is soilwork's best album, and definitely an early aoty contender
Bring Me the Horizon Sempiternal3.5
pretty cool. if they take the sound here and progress even further next album it could possibly be greatness.
Shai Hulud Reach Beyond the Sun4.5
Silverstein This Is How the Wind Shifts4.0
Funeral for a Friend Conduit3.5
the downsides to the album are the chugs and his voice on some of the tracks. otherwise this

Consistently solid effort and perhaps a few moments of sheer awesomeness never seen before from this band

This album is the best I See Stars have to offer yet in their still relatively young life as a band. Everything has pretty much improved tenfold from previous albums and is executed with proficiency most of the time. Seems a bit underrated on this site, tbh.
Kenai Hail The Escapist4.0
Sadly unheard of and undiscovered post-hardcore gem.
Crown the Empire Limitless4.0
this band is really awesome if you like modern post-hardcore (Mix of clean vocals and

Sublime. Musical Ecstasy. A bunch of ska kids taking their abundant talent to another level. All these things can be said about RX Bandits newest album. The only reason I can't give it a classic rating is because I still think they can pull off EVEN better. But for now, this is the music intended to be listened to by humans. So extremely recommended to lovers of any music.

Amazing. And I thought Hospital Music would never be touched or come close to by them. Bravo Trophy Scars, this is the album of a band that is in it for the music, not for the scene or money. A masterpiece, but only short of a classic because I still believe Trophy Scars can put out an even better album if they could go from Alphabets to this piece of musical bliss.

They are completely devoid of industry bullshit and being in it for the money, but are there for the fans. Call it a guilty pleasure, call it blasphemy, or whatever you want, but this is awesome.
