Action Bronson Blue Chips 70003.5
Playful, sound effect riddled, and dynamic production with Action Bronson bringing some run of the mill lines about Lobsters weighing down airplanes. Solidly executed, but has room for more Action verses.

Dylan Brady All I Ever Wanted3.0
System rattling bass and Yeezys-esque vocals turned to 11, this album is explosive and futuristic. It is also, however, occasionally annoying with its terrible lyrics and lack vocal delivery. The production is the main highlight.

Death Grips The Money Store5.0
The Money Store is a loud album. The production is psychedelic, noisy, and catchy. Drum virtuoso Zach Hill provides the album with fast and complex patterns, giving a live a raw addition to the absolutely insane production. The synths can range from memetically infectious hooks on "The Fever" to the face punching riffs on "System Blower", providing the album with seemingly endless sounds and capabilities. MC Ride's performance on this record is controlled insanity, providing a stream of paranoia and panic with lyrics that seem may seem abstract, but become of increasing concern the more they are understood, especially combined with his skilled and ecstatic delivery. rDavid Bowie listed Death Grips as an influence on his last project, and thought of them as quote "the future of music". Not to say that David Bowie represent objectiveness, but his opinion should hold a certain level of consideration. Any one who uses the term "shock-rap" unironically is retarded.
