The Myspace famous duo are at it again with their piece of gold shit which no matter how pretty it is, it's still shit. Even though fans of crunk will enjoy songs like "First Kiss", it's something that is very shallow and void of creativity. |

It's not the most creative work ever but This Means War is for sure AA's best album so far. The song titles are uncreative and the lyrics feel weak and superficial but the guitars are heavier and the screaming is decent. Overall, I really hope this is where Attack Attack! becomes good. |

Very Catchy for it's time with nice singing, piano notes that are being played are awesome and nice disco tunes like "Stayin Alive" and "Jive Talking". It's a very nice nostalgic listen. If your looking for disco, look no further. |

Behemoth Zos Kia Cultus (Here and Beyond) | 3.5 |
On Behemoth's Zos Kia Cultus, It has some pretty damn good introduction tracks for death and black metal standards. It does do well in giving you that feeling that your entering the gates of hell which is pretty cool. The interlude tracks here such as "Hekau 718" are alright. The screaming and the other use of instruments is decent enough to keep you listening. |

I have a confession to make. Even though the body art on the members of BVB is laughable, some songs are completely crap and boring and shit but there is at least one song I like on here called "Rebel Love Song". It's not amazing but it's good. Buy the studio version but don't see that song or the entire setlist from BVB live. It's very bad. |

Blur self titled album has been very successful album in the world's view and my view. The album is very fun and it experiments with lots of sounds like rock, punk and even to a point sounding like sonic youth. It also has one of the most memorable songs from the 90's like "Song 2". Probably one of my favorite Blur Albums. |

Bowling for Soup A Hangover You Don't Deserve | 2.5 |
Even though I did place this album as average, there are great songs on here that are worth checking out if your into pop punk. Tracks like "Almost" and "1985" are both tracks have the same nice immaturity that Blink-182 had and they are both very catchy. Download those tracks but everything else on the record is forgettable. |
Bowling for Soup Drunk Enough To Dance | 3.0 |
Combine Green Day with Blink-182, Sum 41 and Weezer and you get Bowling for Soup's Drunk Enough to Dance album. Being how this is a bit generic for pop punk, at least Drunk Enough to Dance competent and I do like songs from here like "Greatest Day" which I think is pretty original. Then There's "Punk Rock 101" which kind of sounds like it should have been from Blink-182 but it's still a great song. There is a lot of songs on here that were heavily influenced by Green Day, Blink-182 and Sum 41 and maybe a bit Weezer and it's sort of a hit and miss for me. I still don't understand why "Girl All The Bad Guys Want" got a nomination at the Grammy's in 2002. Overall, it wasn't time wasn't time wasted and I slightly enjoyed this album. |
Bowling for Soup The Great Burrito Extortion Case | 2.5 |
This is not Bowling for Soup's best album but it has a few nice songs like "When We Die" and "High School Ever Ends". The immaturity level is kind of all over the place saying that the album is trying to be serious when you have stupid judgment on satanism on the song "Luckiest Loser". I think this is the album where everyone forgets Bowling for Soup and maybe that's for the best. |

Faber Drive Can't Keep a Secret | 1.5 |
After Faber Drive's mainstreams success thanks to Much Music, Faber Drive released Can't Keep a Secret which overall disappoints not just new listeners but also fans that have stuck with them from their first album. This assortment of redundant guitar and bland techno beats doesn't make great pop punk or punk pop. The only song that I would recommend downloading however is "You and I Tonight" which makes a very good pop punk prom song. The rest of it though is remains of the sell out band that is Faber Drive. |
Faber Drive Seven Second Surgery | 2.0 |
Let's face it. Faber Drive is not something to write home about unless if your a child or in your early teens. It's the usual suspect of pop punk sound. Most of the songs on Seven Second Surgery are instantly forgetable however, not all is lost. There are at least three good tracks on this record. My favorites are "Tounge Tied", Second Chance" and "Sleepless Night". Acoustics for this band seems to definetly be working into their favor for at least those tracks. Like I said, these tracks; let alone the entire album are nothing special for pop punk but if you really like the following tracks I mentioned, I would download them unless you can by any chance find and buy the album for $2.99. |

Nice use of synth's. Kind of disappointed because it's too catchy where I start to lose a little interest but with songs like "Zelda" and "September Brought the Fall" it's just catchy enough to enjoy without being too sugarcoated. Also, some of the songs like "Stay Pretty" are good substitutes that I listened to while waiting for the next Blink-182 album(Neighbourhoods) with the lead singer sounding like Mark Hoppus. |

My opinion might change for this album and then me giving it a 5 for probably being one of the greatest records of the 70's and maybe even of all time. The gutiar picking is excellent, the songs have an great drum rhythem groove to them, the songs are catchy. This has a lot going for it and it is the top recommended album in my and the rest of the world's opinion for the best break up record to get you through those tough times. |

GG Allin Hated In The Nation | 1.0 |
I really don't get why people like GG Allin. This is actually supposed to be GG's best work. If that's the case, I'm not impressed. The music lacks creativity and diversity when it comes to the lyrics; 95% of lyrics are him talking about shit being thrown at him, even the simple three chord method of punk rock fails for GG. Even though It's sad that he was killed, that doesn't change how I feel about his music. The nation should hate GG Allin's "Hated In The Nation" Liberals and Conservatives united. |

Good Charlotte Cardiology | 1.0 |
One day, I decided to buy Good Charlotte's new album Cardiology just for old time sake but clearly, my feeling for albums such as "The Young and the Hopeless" and "The Chronicles of Life and Death" are not the same for cardiology; Not even close. I can safely say that there is not a single track that I remember with the exception of "Like It's Her Birthday" which is boring and typical for the most part. While I found it interesting how Good Charlotte combined their old pop punk sound with their dance influenced music on "Good Morning Revival" especially on "Like It's Her Birthday", It's not enough to save this album. |

Green Day American Idiot | 5.0 |
Whether you loved this album or hated it, Green Day was definetly taking a risk knowing that either fans are going to worship the album as one of there greatest records or the possiblity that fans will be completely ashamed of it. Personally, Green Day's American Idiot was worth the risk. Many people say that American Idiot is overrated but oddly enough, it's sort of underrated even if the Album is focused on a mainstream audience. With the album being resurrected onto a broadway musical in 2010-present and winning awards for it, American Idiot Continues to be relevant. The sound of American Idiot is very unique with the influences such as the Ramones, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Bob Dylan and Queen. American has inspired other bands to follow the Punk Rock Opera; bands like My Chemical Romance's The Black Parade. American Idiot also features a plot about kids being impacted by the post-9/11 world that we live in and that I find pretty deep. I have to say that there is not a single song on this album that i didn't like. I loved every single song on this record especially the singles that have been presented to the media. Overall, The album does justice and proves to be one of my favorite punk records of all time. |

Songs like "Everywhere I Go" is just stupid and lot of other songs however songs like "Young" and "Undead" are really great songs. I just wished the rest of the album was politically an thought provoking as bands like Slipknot. |

I Killed the Prom Queen Music for the Recently Deceased | 2.5 |
I Killed The Prom Queen is an Austrailian metalcore band that has been getting a bit of a reputation which probably has something to do with another Austrailian metalcore band known as Parkway Drive and the two sharing fame in the metalcore. I checked this album out about two years ago which was like 2010. At first, I really liked the album. I thought that songs like "Say Goodbye" were pretty excellent. I used to rate this album a 3.5 out of 5 but as time passed by, it totally dropped one full point down. What I thought used to be energetic and great guitar playing is now just dull and boring especially on the breakdowns. "Say Goodbye" is still good but other than that, there's nothing much I can say about this album other than the fact that the theme for this album is suicide which I think is excellent concept. It's just a shame that the sound isn't perfected. |

What look who decided to grow up? instead of singing to little girls to tweens, he decided to sing to tween to 13 year old girls on believe. Surprisingly, I somewhat liked about 2 songs which has never happened before and those songs were "Believe" and "Be Alright". So Justin Bieber has improved since the couple of records but that's not saying much. It's still sucks donkey dick in the sense that it's bland and mediocore. |

In 2003, Linkin Park came out with the album "Meteora" which is not at the same level as "Hybrid Theory" but still a decent album with major hits such as "Faint", "Somewhere I Belong", "Figure. 09", "Breaking the Habit" and "Numb". In terms of sound, It's going more into the direction of the deftones but other than that, it's very similar to "Hybrid Theory" which might turn off music critics. There is however a bit of experimentation on "Breaking the Habit". In lyrical content, It's about being judged by other people, betrayed, loneliness and how to keep one's self entacted. Overall, a good follow-up to a great album. |
Linkin Park Hybrid Theory | 3.5 |
While the Nu-Metal scene was alive and well, bands like the Deftones, Limp Bizkit and Korn dominated the radio and the scene until a new Nu-Metal band came along which is Linkin Park and their debut "Hybrid Theory". "Hybrid Theory" offers some very familar styles we've heard before from Limp Bizkit in terms of the rapping. Where as in Fred Durst style is more of a in your face and I got money and bitches, Mike Shinoda does more of a serious take on his rapping ability. To be honest, I actually like Mike Shinoda better than Fred Durst because of Mike's style. Mike said he was influenced by stuff like "Public Enemy" and "The Roots". The lyrics are usually on depressing topics like abuse, broken relationships and paranoia. The instrumentation is pretty good with excellent drumming, good bass work, great guitar sound even if it does in some places they sound like the deftones. The DJing on here sounds solid with the scratches on here. The screaming is top notch. There are lots of great songs on here like "Papercut", "Closer to The Edge", "Points of Authority", "Crawling" and the Big Radio Hit "In The End". |

Haven't Had Enough Seems good even though it slightly sort of sounds like California Gurls. The vocalist for the band is amazing but repeating words kind of sounds stupid. I bit disappointed with the direction that they went to but in some aspects, I got something out of this like fallout but then again it kind of sounds like all their other ballads. This is just average to me. |

My favorite tracks on this record other than "Without Walls" is "Prove Me Right", "Alive in the Lights" and "Vices". Overall, very entertaining listen. Check it out. |

I found that Danger Days was an okay record but a bit disappointed that it wasn't better than the black parade or even three cheers for sweet revenge. I thought the 80's rock aspect was cool on some songs like "The Only Hope For You" but then there's songs that fall flat like "Sing". It's decent but I wouldn't recommend it unless if your a hardcore MCR fan. |

For an Album that supposed to be one of the greatest of the 90's, it's very overrated in it's sound. It's not that visionary and it's just too preachy for me and the whole "Love Jesus" bullshit. Don't get me wrong, I like songs on here that I think are well done but I just don't see what the hype is about in the indie community. I only gave it 4 as opposed to giving it a 3.5 because just for being generous and the possibility that In The Aeroplane Over the Sea COULD be one of the greatest from the 90's or even all time. |

Even though I'm now living in modern times and still think that all of the members of Oasis are a bunch of arrogant douchebags, I can't help not loving this album. The melodies are perfect, the instrumentation is lovely with it's 60's psychedelic take and managed to bring that to their music. I'm just glad my love for Oasis drops by the next album so that way, I can hate them again. |
Oasis Dig Out Your Soul | 2.5 |
Let's face it. In Oasis' Career, Oasis will never go pass their first two albums and Dig Out Your Soul is close to the truth. The only memorable song is The Shock of the Lightning and even then, it sounds like the who. The rest of the songs are filler just so the fans can be happy and that's what this album is for. JUST THE FANS. |

I'm almost about sick about every techno beat ever brought to the mainstream much like this album. Talk that Talk doesn't show anything interesting except for the ballad We All Want Love. I would enjoy Jay-Z's contribution to Talk that talk if Rihanna didn't have such bad vocals. The melodies are also not as memorable. Rihanna should be glad that she got this far but I think it's time to hang up the towel. |
Rihanna Loud | 2.0 |
Another year, Another Rihanna Album. It's seems pretty boring especially when she's not really a talented artist on vocals. A perfect example is Love the way you lie Pt. 2. Now to be fair, some the melodies are okay but most of them suck. The lyrics are also pretty stupid and all the guest artists that she has on this album didn't change my perception of how I see Rihanna's career alone. |

Sometimes what bands will do from time to time, they will show the progress of an Album (through youtube, photos and etc.) that the band is working on getting fans hyped up. I was one of them. I remember checking their website everytime thinking "Wow what if this album is better than Underclass Hero?" The demos shown by Sum 41 seemed promising enough. Unfortunately, it turns out that "Screaming Bloody Murder" is an overhyped disappointment to the fans. To describe the sound for this Album is that it's very similar to "Does this look infected?" It's going for more of a Hard Rock feel to it. I find this a bit disappointing considering how I feel that Sum 41 is rehashing their older albums. Not that "Underclass Hero" was bad. In fact, I found it to be good but the problem is that at a certain point, it becomes a bit generic and that's the same thing with "Screaming Bloody Murder". Fortunately, There are a few songs on here that are excellent though. The songs I recommend for this album are "Reason To Believe", "Screaming Bloody Murder" and "What Am I to Say?" The rest is a bit generic. I feel bad how I'm giving this a low rating because this band was a band I liked when I was kid. This band also helped me out through a lot of times but I guess all good things must come to an end. |

This actually surprised me and surprised sputnik in the sense of her being great live. I think the high moments of that show were Speak Now and maybe Mean even if I didn't like the song on the studio version, she does show lots of talent with her vocals. There were also lots of good covers such as drops of jupitar. I would have given this a 3 but I'm boosting it from 3 to 3.5 just because of effort and would I go to a Taylor Swift concert because of this album? Maybe |

I'm glad that there's actually songs that I couldn't find on the Beatles' LP such as "I Want to Hold Your Hand", "Lady Madonna" and "Hey Jude" but on the other hand, I was surprised to know that there was no songs from Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Seriously, No "With the help of my friends", No "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds"? At least this album is staying true to history. |

While this album is great and while "Do You Want More?!!!??!" do justice with it's hooks, I find this album a bit too busy with examples like "There's Something Goin' On" and "Proceed". It does however have it's fun moments and that made me enjoy this album. |

Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross The Social Network OST | 5.0 |
This album a masterpiece. It's fantastic because this album is a combination between a soundtrack and an actual Trent Reznor album oh and Atticus Ross too. It's dark with examples like "Hand Covers Bruise" (probably the best track on the record) and "Eventually We Find Our Way". It's mysterious with songs like "3:14 Every Night and "Penetration", it's sexy with it's electronic keyboard and the sexy motherfucking songs have to be "A Familiar Taste" and "Carbon Prevails". Feelings I have for this album are happiness, sadness, regret, intimacy and acceptance. This is one of the best soundtracks I've heard in the last decade and will continue to be in the 2010's. |
Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo OST | 4.5 |
Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have done it again but only this time, they have 3 hours of music involving a lot of chimes and other metal objects to make sounds. The drums I would describe on here have a hallow vibe to it. There's also flutes that sound like they've come from some sort of ancient culture. There is a lot of variety mostly going back to Trent and Atticus' work on the social network and NIN work. It's a mix between all of them and it's pretty creative. My favorite tracks on here are obviously "Immigrant Song (Cover From Led Zeppelin)", "She Reminds Me of You", "What If We Could?" and "One Particular Moment". If you have 3 hours to kill, I recommend this. |

This underoath album is a more catchy and heavier version of Define the Great Line. Lost in the sound of separation is always the album I listen to the most at least for metal. |
Underoath Ø (Disambiguation) | 4.5 |
Good amounts of variety that include Radiohead and Jimmy Eat World sounds but mostly radiohead making disambiguation probably more than just a Metalcore and Post-Hardcore. |

Van Halen A Different Kind of Truth | 3.0 |
The Once Glorious band, Van Halen have released a new album. A Different Kind of Truth steers itself into what seems like a decent album with songs like "She's The Woman", "Outta Space" and "Stay Frosty". As for the single; "Tatoo" I find that and "As Is" too gimmicky and sounding too much like their old hits however it's still a good listen though |
Vanessa Carlton Be Not Nobody | 3.0 |
Ordinary Day and A Thousand Miles are amazing songs with amazing piano skills and an amazing voice. The rest seems to be okay due to some songs not having catchy pop melodies but this does show potential. |
Vanessa Carlton Harmonium | 3.0 |
Much like Be Not Nobody, Vanessa Carlton's album mostly relys on it's singles and the fame of the last album to back it up but that doesn't mean I hate it. Heck No, I do think that the non singles are better than the last album because it has more melodies. |

The covers are practically the same as the actually songs themselves and when they are different, god it's fucking horrible. Before listening to this, I thought that Silverstein would make a good cover like they did in Punk goes pop 2 but unfortunatly even silverstein is not good enough to save this album. Some recommended tracks however are Sleeping with Sirens' cover and Tonight Alive's |

Weezer Weezer | 5.0 |
Weezer Pinkerton | 5.0 |
Weezer Hurley | 2.5 |
After the downfall of albums like Make Believe, The Red Album and Raditude, it would be about time to make an amazing record (i.e. The Blue Album and Pinkerton) and if not amazing, then at least great or decent much like The Green Album and Maladroit. Our prayers were half answered. Hurley is not bad, but it's not spectatular ethier. When I first looked at the album, I was a bit confused about why the fat guy from the Famous TV Series LOST is on the cover but this hasn't been the first time that Weezer has tried to sell out. Even though the cover looks boring, stupid and douchey, at least Weezer came up with some good songs. "Memories" is probably my favorite track on the record followed by that is "Ruling Me" which is similar to "Memories" with it's raw rock energy and catchy hooks. With those two being good, Hurley has it's share of bad tracks such as "Where's My Sex?". If it were not for the singles, this album would score lowely with me but all in all, it's mediocore. |

Despite good breakdowns on "Exalt" and "Messiahbolical", I find the screamer's vocals a parody at times. I don't know why. I usually don't complain about screaming vocals but this is just silly. |
Wilco The Whole Love | 4.5 |
William Patrick Corgan TheFutureEmbrace | 2.5 |
Think of a more mediocre version of Smashing Pumpkins Adore except not as creative and it's slightly bland. When you try to listen to the electronic stuff, Billy's vocals come in. I feel like this album is rushing. It doesn't take a minute to let you take in the music and completely enjoy. TheFutureEmbrace could have been a good album but this album feels dull. |

This album is probably one of the pop punk albums I would listen to constantly and never put away. It's very catchy, very strong in instrumentation and fast pace punk that I love. |
Yellowcard When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes | 4.0 |
I've been waiting for Yellowcard to make a new album and the wait is finally over and it's so glorious. This album features nice ballads such as "Hang You Up" and "Be the Young" and has nice poppy punk songs like "For You, and Your Denial" and "With You Around". If your a Yellowcard fan, you have to pick this up. |
