Black Sabbath Vol. 43.5
decent sabbath album , not their best but definately not their worse
Black Sabbath Paranoid4.5
Celtic Frost To Mega Therion4.0
Celtic Frost Monotheist4.0
amazing..celtic frost evolves their sound to new territory and just like their older albums , completely redefine the genre that they explore.
Cryptopsy None So Vile4.5
one of the best death metal albums i have ever heard. enough said
Cynic Traced in Air4.5
im a huge fan of progressive music in general, and this album blew my mind.
Cypress Hill Black Sunday4.0
imagine a redneck kid living in the sticks smoking pot and listening to hip hop..well that was me and this album was my introduction to the joys of good rap.
Darkthrone Dark Thrones and Black Flags3.0
Death Symbolic4.0
the technical guitar playing..perfect solos ....this album is insanely good ..
Dimmu Borgir Death Cult Armageddon3.0
Dystopia Human = Garbage4.0
Guns N' Roses Chinese Democracy2.5
i remember being 15 and a huge gnr fan because gnr just came out with their album appetite for destruction. this album does not come even close to matching the joy i experienced from having guilty pleasure listening to this. i dont know if this album sucks or not. it just doesnt sit well with me.
Incantation Blasphemy4.0
this is a masterful death metal record that varys its tempos ..not a pure out balls to the walls death metal albums..sometimes it slows to a lurch and then just as quickly picks up the pace.
ISIS Oceanic4.0

i love this album...the only way i can describe it is zen doomy sludge...
King Crimson Lizard3.5
Mastodon Remission4.0
probably one of the best new skool thrash metal albums out there. theres no real metalcore noodling in this.
Metallica Death Magnetic3.0
this album may not reach the heights that their four first albums did..however considering all the factors involved--three or four shit albums in a row..and say a good 15 years since their last brilliant album, this really is'nt a bad album. better production, waay better song writing then say st anger as such...load and reload should of been a side projekt imho.
Misfits Collection II4.0
Monster Magnet Superjudge3.5
i love this album, it is sooo cliche in so many ways but i still love it.
Morbid Angel Altars of Madness4.0
Morbid Angel Covenant4.0
classic solid death metal album by one of the original fathers of death.
Neurosis Enemy of the Sun4.5
Old Man's Child Born of the Flickering3.5
Opeth Blackwater Park4.5
Pink Floyd Meddle4.0
wonderfully ethereal and imho one of pink floyds best album
Saint Vitus C.O.D.3.5
saint vitus pretty much invented doom...and this is one of their more pop albums but i still love it lool.
Samhain Initium3.5
Screaming Trees Dust4.0
The Sword Age of Winters4.0
Tool Lateralus4.0
my favorite tool album. probably one of the best progressive albums of the decade.
Vampire Weekend Vampire Weekend2.5
pitchfork liked it, thats enough reason for me to hate it. this album will probably go viral amongst asshole hipsters i bet, but i dont really see any overly redeemly qualitys of this album.
White Zombie Astro Creep: 20004.0
Wolves in the Throne Room Two Hunters4.0
immensely goregous and flawless ambient atmospheric black metal..
Wolves in the Throne Room Black Cascade4.0
haha wintr put out a raw black metal album. i'll have to check it out. I think they are trying to save their cred in the metal scene by making their new music inaccessable to the hipster fucks. yay! I am listening to it right now and screw the haters. they don't know what real black metal is if they can't handle this. i can already tell this album is going in heavy rotation alongside old mans child, burzum and some of the other older black metal bands i listen to. hell yeah, fuck the hipsters! this is a good blackmetal album!
