The biggest difficulty facing listeners is their tolerance for Patrick breathy falsetto. I admit, it has taken me aback as well. But after getting used to it, plenty of musical brilliance opened up. The very flamboyant vocal delivery Patrick employs only serves to build upon the theatrical over-the-top song-writing. Lovely, lovely stuff. Bump
