Etienne Sin is a mixed bag, when the vocalist uses clean vocals in a lower tone, he is actually a decent singer, and he's also a decent harsh vocalist. However his main trait which he chooses to use more than his more appreciable skills is a rancorous high which resembles the sound of a wailing toddler after his favorite toy gets broken. If he can play to his strengths instead of relying on his gimmick which is more than detestable, he might become a respectable singer. As for the instrumentation, there are occasional catchy moments and some miscellaneous elements but it's nothing that hasn't been done before.
