May be not the perfect setlist, but it's amazing how Reynolds adds depth and color to the songs with his technical and wonderful guit improvisations. They fit so well together, and they are both talented! Dave Matthews is top shape as usual. A must have.

This is the album that got me into Dave Matthews. The stripped down performance by Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds brings out the true beauty of the Band's songs that sometimes gets lost within the rest of the instruments.

An excellent album to introduce one to the music of Dave Matthews. For reasons varying from thinking the music too busy to not liking the sax and violin, I have heard many tell me they do not like Dave. Live at Luther College is just the voice of Dave Matthews with two acoustic guitars. The music is mesmerizing, the chord structures and acoustic soloing are second to none. This album converted me into the ranks of the Dave Matthews army despite how much I can't stand his fans. A must listen if you like excellent guitar work and folksy song structures.

I am not a very big dave matthew fan at all. He is very over rated, but this album is amazing. before i head this i didn't know how skilled he was at guitar because when one of his songs came on the radio his voice would drive me nuts. When i listen to this album i somehow seem to ignore his voice and hear the beautiful music he has created. Tim Reynolds is amazing as well and adds a lot to the album. even if you are not a dmb fan you should try this album out
Also IMO Disc 1 is far greater than disc 2
