Rhino returns with the new moniker, Horn of The Rhino, for their third LP, Weight of Coronation. Just like before, Horn
of The Rhino bring their uncompromising and thick instrumentation to create one of the heaviest albums in recent
history. Each track creeps at a slow speed to the effect of making the already crushing riffs even more overpowering.
The vocalist is definitely the weak link here, with his performance being very hit or miss. Regardless, the band as a
whole doesn't disappoint, creating a sound that creeps at a slow pace with an absolutely overpowering presence. In
short, Weight of Coronation is one hell of an awesome doom tinged Sludge Metal album. Hell, its some of the best
sludge metal to be released in recent years. 4.2/5
